Use Lowcart in Claude and other AI assistants

Lowcart has an MCP server, so an AI assistant can ask it what a beauty or skincare product really costs delivered to your country. The assistant gets each store's final total: item price, shipping to your country and tax, checked at the store's own checkout where the store allows it, in US dollars with your local currency alongside. No account and no sign in are needed.

Connect it in Claude

Open Customize, then Connectors in Claude.
Click "+ Add", then "Add custom connector".
Name it Lowcart and paste https://getlowcart.com/mcp as the server address. Click "Continue".
Under Authentication, choose "No sign in", then click "Add".
In a chat, turn Lowcart on with the "+" button, then "Connectors".

This works on every Claude plan, including Free (which allows one custom connector). On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner adds it first under Organization settings, then Connectors. Any other assistant that supports remote MCP servers over Streamable HTTP can use the same address.

The two tools

find_delivered_price (read only): takes a product name or store link, a two letter delivery country and, in the US, a state. It returns stores ranked by final delivered total, marks totals checked at the store's checkout, and lists stores that sell the product but did not confirm a total, with their item price and whether they could still be cheaper.
import_fee_rules (read only): explains the sales tax, VAT, GST and import duty on beauty products ordered from abroad, for the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand and EU countries, with the official source.

Lowcart covers beauty and skincare from stores built on Shopify. It never places orders and never asks for payment details.

Store links and commission

Each result has a link that goes through getlowcart.com/go to the store. If you buy through it, the store may pay Lowcart a commission. You pay the same price, stores are ranked only by total price, and no store can pay to rank higher. See our Affiliate disclosure.

Your data

The assistant sends Lowcart only the product, country and US state for each request. Lowcart does not receive your conversation, your name or your email address. A scrambled, one way version of the requesting IP address is kept for 30 days to stop abuse. See our Privacy Policy.

Limits and troubleshooting

No results: use the brand and product name, for example "Anua Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner", or paste a link to the product.
"Too many requests": each client can run 15 price checks every 10 minutes. Wait a few minutes.
A store shows "total not confirmed": its checkout was slow or did not give shipping. Ask again in a minute; slow stores keep being checked in the background.
A price looks wrong: email hello@getlowcart.com with the product and country.
