• The product you searched for and the delivery country, plus the postcode if you gave one
• What you expected and what you got, for example a total that did not match the store's checkout
• Where you used Lowcart: the website, ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant

Common questions

• The store showed a different total
  Prices, shipping and codes change
  Lowcart reads each store's checkout when you search, so check the total again before you pay, and tell us if it was wrong
• A product was not found
  Use the brand and the product name, for example "Stanley Quencher 40 oz"
  Lowcart covers stores built on Shopify, so some products are not available yet
• Does Lowcart place orders or take payment?
  No, Lowcart only reads prices
  You buy on the store's own website
• How do I remove Lowcart from ChatGPT or Claude?
  Disconnect it in your assistant's settings, under apps, plugins or connectors
