Buying from stores in the US
Stores in the United States add state and local sales tax at checkout. It ranges from 0% to about 10% depending on where you live, so US totals on our price pages are shown before sales tax. Pick your state in a live check to include it.
Buying from abroad
Since 29 August 2025 small parcels no longer enter the United States duty free. For beauty products shipped from South Korea or Japan we estimate 12.5% duty on the item price, and 10% for orders from the EU or Taiwan. For other countries we cannot estimate duty yet, so we show that import fees may apply. Stores abroad do not charge US sales tax.
Some international stores pay the duty for you and include it in their price. We mark those stores.

A US$25 serum with US$5 shipping from a store in South Korea, delivered to the US:
